Delivery Information

Here you’ll find all the information you need regarding the delivery process of our picnic benches and tables. If you would like clarification on any of the information below, or have a different question about the delivery process, please contact us using any of the methods found on our Contact page.

Thank you for ordering with us! Our Picnic Tables and Benches arrive flat packed in multiple packages and do require assembling. The amount of packages will vary depending on the style of picnic table you order (for example, our Excalibur Round Picnic Tables will come flat packed in three large boxes). Please note that these items are heavy, and it might be beneficial to have multiple people help to lift and assemble your picnic table.

For orders taking advantage of our bulk buy offers, these are carried by a different courier, and arrive on a pallet.

Our lead times often vary throughout the year. You can usually expect your picnic table/bench to be delivered between 7 – 10 working days after receiving order confirmation, but please note that this may change, especially during busy periods.

We do our best to update this information regularly. For the most up to date lead times, please see the estimated delivery time at checkout, or contact us via Email or Telephone.

If you have any special requirements that need to be met during the delivery process, such as restricted access, or instructions to follow if you’re not able to take the delivery, please add these as a note in the “Order Notes” section during the checkout process, and we will do our best to ensure our couriers adhere to them.

In most cases we are able to accommodate specific date delivery, along with other requirements that may need to be fulfilled to ensure we can delivery your picnic table (for example site opening times or weekday deliveries).

Please contact us via Email, Telephone, or our Contact Form before placing your order, quoting the name of the picnic table as well as how many you would like to purchase. This allows us to ensure we can meet your needs and deliver your picnic table as smoothly as possible.

For “Bulk Buy” orders, or orders large enough to qualify for our palletised service, you will receive an online tracking number automatically via email when we hand over your picnic tables to our couriers.

For single bench orders, please contact us via Email or Telephone quoting your order number and we will provide you with one, as our couriers for single benches don’t currently provide a live online tracking service.

This can happen if you are attempting to get your order delivered to some Scottish postcodes, as we are unable to deliver to some Scottish regions due to delivery restrictions and the nature of the items we are shipping.

Please contact us via Telephone and we will try to accommodate your order, however please note that this may not always be possible.

If you are attempting to get your order delivered to a UK mainland postcode (excluding Scotland) and you are still receiving this error, please contact us via Telephone and we will do our best to assist you.

Congratulations! The next step is to assemble your new picnic table or picnic bench! Included in your packages should be all the fixings and instructions you need to build your new picnic table or bench. We hope you enjoy your new table!

We’re sorry to hear that your new picnic table or bench has arrived damaged. Please take photos of the damaged area, and also take photos of the packaging if possible. This helps us assess when and where the damage has occurred, and whether we are able to send you any new individual pieces to help you get your picnic table up and running as soon as possible.
