Where are you located?

Do you have a showroom/showsite?

Our showroom is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you require any extra information about our range of picnic tables and benches, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via Email, Telephone, or our Contact Form.

When can I expect my picnic bench to be delivered?

Our lead times often vary throughout the year. You can usually expect your picnic table/bench to be delivered between 10 – 14 days after receiving order confirmation, but please note that this may change, especially during busy periods.

For more accurate and up to date lead times, check the estimated lead times in the basket and checkout, or contact us via Telephone. If you require delivery for a certain date, this can be arranged prior to ordering with us.

Can I choose the date my picnic table gets delivered?

We are able to accommodate specific date delivery in most cases. Please contact us before ordering so we can ensure we can meet your requirements.

Can you deliver to Scottish postcodes?

We have recently expanded our delivery area to include some areas of Scotland, including Glasgow and Edinburgh. Unfortunately due to delivery restrictions and the nature of the items we are shipping, we are unable to ship to some Scottish regions.

If after entering your postcode in our Shipping Calculator there are no shipping methods available, please contact us via Telephone and we will try to accommodate your order, however this may not always be possible.

Can I track my order?

For “Bulk Buy” orders, you will receive an online tracking number automatically when we hand over your picnic table to our couriers. For single bench orders, please contact us via Email or Telephone and we will provide you with one, as our couriers for single benches don’t currently provide a live online tracking service.

Can I download the assembly instructions for my picnic bench?

We are currently looking into making our instruction sheets available for download on desktop and mobile devices, alongside new, step-by-step video instructions.

Will my picnic table require any maintenance?

If you’ve purchased one of our 100% Recycled Plastic Composite Picnic Tables or Benches, there’s no maintenance at all! Just give your picnic table an occasional wash if you feel it’s become too dirty.

For our range of Wooden Picnic Tables and Benches, we suggest occasional maintenance to help extend the longevity of your picnic table.

Do you have any discounts for larger orders?

Yes! When you purchase between three and five of our picnic tables and benches you can save up to 5%.* When you purchase six or more picnic tables and benches you can save up to 10%!*

Can you provide me with a Proforma/VAT Invoice?

Yes. Please contact us via Email, Telephone, or our Contact Form including the picnic table(s) you would like to order and we will provide one to you.

What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept the following payment methods: VISA Debit, VISA Credit, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard Credit, American Express, and BACS Bank Transfers.

If you are paying via BACS Bank Transfer, please note that we require payment within 7 days. Your order will not be shipped until we are able to confirm payment. If, after 7 days we are unable to confirm payment, you will be contacted and your order may be cancelled.
